Role: ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager Location: Austin TX / Santa Clara CA Location Duration: Contract Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager - Deep knowledge of overall ServiceNow Platform and various ServiceNow Modules, Products(ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, HRSD, CSM etc.). Able to work across platform with various stakeholders. Responsibilities may include the following. Provides direction & oversight, server as an escalation point to resolve any issues. Plan & Defines Project Scope, establishing measurable goals. Establishes Project timelines and delivers project on schedule, within budget. Manage risk & opportunities. Tasks ownership of issues and works towards resolution. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools to succeed. Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions.
