The transformation will heavily leverage a SaaS solution, with some custom-built integrations. Maintain project plans. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to derive requirements and re-map/redevelop processes that leverage native SaaS tool functionality, challenging assumptions concerning current processes. Coordinate with SaaS solution provider implementation project manager to resolve issues and ensure a successful implementation. Provide support to business workstreams to translate business needs to detailed end state application and technology solutions. Identify interdependencies within the SaaS solution workstream and provide guidance to resolve issues or escalate to PMO lead, where appropriate. Manage communication and updates to PMO lead Manage agenda and support creation of key content for PMO sessions. Support change management efforts across all workstreams. Be a change agent within the organization, supporting new and innovative ways of working.
