They are more front end with Angular/React, Javascript, Typescript Vue.js and Node Js on the backend with AWS experience needed. They are really just looking for senior Developers needed for the lead role. 12-15 years of experience and they dont need actual lead experience. Notes: 2 teams in Plano and 1 team in Richmond 1 lead, 5 senior engineers per team. Leads will be very strong technically, not leading people, will all be hands on keyboard Will need former Capital One experience unless they worked for us- this is at the for the first group of candidates that we submit.
