Elicit, analyze, document user requirements and business needs, translating to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Utilize backlog management tools (Jira and Confluence) to help prioritize, track and manage the product backlog effectively. Manage and set stakeholder expectations. Actively engage in all phases of Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning and stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery Create visual representations of solution requirements through prototypes and wireframes, as needed. Ensure customer expectations have been met through deliverables. Support software QA testing activities, providing insights into test scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure product meets quality standards and user expectations.
