Note: Candidate should be willing to learn new modules in ServiceNow as per Project requirements Job Description: Looking for 10+years of ServiceNow consultant. 10+ years of experience in Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and ServiceNow. 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform. 5+ years of experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Utilize extensive expertise in Service Management tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk) to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow Process Optimizer tool. Experience in implementing ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide). Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
