A good resource to research or point to would be the platform developed by Deutsche Bank which the client currently uses: https://autobahn.db.com/autobahn/index.html This platform offers a comprehensive money and asset management platform with multiple tools. The client's current Salesforce implementation is quite disjointed and is based on Service Cloud, some Einstein, some custom Lightning components, and even some legacy APEX modules. Our resources will have to adjust to the above environment and make sense of new, consolidated, and revamped banking and equity/firm research dashboards. The anchor person needs to be at the client's HQ in NYC 4 days a week. This resource should be extremely versatile and possess great comm. skills as they will be interfacing with the product team + the Managing Director. Extended team of 2-3 other resources should also be present in the office but could potentially come with a quieter, more engineering-centric type profile.
