Some of the key responsibilities of an RPA Administrator include: Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, implementation and monitoring in production/support. Installing, configuring, and managing RPA software and tools. Monitoring the performance of RPA processes and ensuring their availability and reliability. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA processes and infrastructure. Collaborating with RPA developers and business analysts to identify and implement process improvements. Ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer-focused service to resolve and troubleshoot workflows and end user production automation issues. Contribute to Robotics Center of Excellence deliverables and assist in institutionalizing RPA across the Enterprise 5+ years of Robotic Process Automation experience utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. Data Analysis & Reporting: Database understanding and ability to perform operations on data sets. Proficiency in developing analytics dashboards to measure Bot output and performance Stay updated on the latest RPA and automation trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
