From: harsha, northite harsha@northite.com Reply to: harsha@northite.com Position: Golang Software Engineer Location: Phoenix AZ Interview: Face 2 Face Interview This team develops full-scope customer-centric web applications using modern and emerging technology stacks. We develop and support a key revenue-driving and highly visible microservices-cloud-based platform. To be successful in this role, the engineer should be interested/excited to work with Go/Golang in a cloud/microservices environment. Must Haves: 2 to 5 years of overall backend programming experience At least 2-4 years of overall experience with GO/Golang Experience working GCP cloud infrastructure. Experience designing and developing REST APIs for high volume clients. (From scratch) Experience in application design, software development, and testing, preferably in an Agile environment. Experience working with Git on small to medium sized teams. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Cassandra is a plus. A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software. Nice to Have Skills and Experience: Experience with Kafka. Experience with container and container orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
