Role: Kafka technical lead /Senior developer Work Location: Bay Area, CA 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience working with Kafka in a production environment. In-depth understanding of Kafka architecture, including brokers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups. Hands-on experience with Kafka administration, including cluster setup, configuration, and performance tuning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala. Experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and other Kafka ecosystem tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a technical leadership role is preferred. Kafka certification (e.g., Confluent Certified Developer/Operator) is a plus. Role: AEM Business Analyst Work Location: Bay Area, CA 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital experience management or content management systems. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its capabilities, including Sites, Assets, and Forms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, and surveys. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Adobe certification in AEM Business Practitioner or AEM Developer is preferred.
