Job Description:- Job Role:- Senior .NET Developer Location :- Harrisburg, PA (Remote) Contract Local Only with DL Duties and Responsibilities\\ Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in accordance with requirements provided by the business and/or other areas within the IT organization. Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software applications using .NET Core (version 6 or higher) and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior developers on a blended team with members from the client. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence. Participate in project status and steering committee meetings, helping to manage the risks and issues to the project. Technical Competencies Overview Required Microsoft .NET Core Framework (version 6 or Higher), Angular, Entity Framework, Typescript, JS, Bootstrap, RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle), Rest API, Micro Services, Azure DevOps Pipeline, Adept in Azure/AWS Cloud Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Beneficial: Python Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Required 8-10 years of application development experience with the technologies listed above. Strong technical expertise in architecture design, system integration, and software development. Must possess a customer relationship building/client-focused, results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to make strategic decisions while considering business implications and priorities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices. Experience with Database design a plus.
