Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is required. Experience in information security governance, risk management, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
