Position: SAP Data Migration Lead Location: Northern Chicago suburbs Duration: : 6-month duration, (with potential for extension) Visa: USC GC Interview: Video (Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays | Remote: 2 days) Job Description: Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SAP ECC/S4 functionality and standard table structures. Utilize strong technical acumen, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis, to support team members and drive project tasks. Facilitate collaborative discussions to identify and address potential impacts on data conversion, particularly within critical areas such as Manufacturing (MFG), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN). Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP project deliverables, encompassing functional and technical specifications, rigorous testing, comprehensive training, and seamless go-live support. Offer strategic guidance on best practices for architecting, designing, and supporting S/4 Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and ECC Supply Chain Management applications. Analyze, recommend, and implement solutions to align with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security standards. Exhibit self-motivation and autonomy in managing tasks and projects effectively. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while providing effective leadership. Identify potential design gaps and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks. Requirements Extensive expertise in SAP ECC/S4 functionality and standard table structures. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and supporting team members in project build-out tasks. Proven track record of leading successful SAP project deliverables, from inception to implementation. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in architecting, designing, and supporting S/4 PP, MM, EWM, and ECC SCM applications. Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of motivation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
