Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on configuration, administration, and support. 3. Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. 4. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with experience in Core HR and Compensation preferred. 5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. 6. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders effectively. 7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 9. Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred. 10.
