This client-embedded role, is an exciting opportunity to lead research and establish best practices across digital experience design for one of the big four consultancies. Along-side another WongDoody team member, you will support the Global Director, UX/UI to achieve two major objectives: Support the setup a UX research practice by establishing and conducting best practice generative and evaluative, UX research across the full lifecycle of product development Support the global rollout of a third-party research repository WHO YOU ARE: You are a focused and thorough individual with substantial prior experience supporting digital product teams with UX research. You work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the product life cycle. You collaborate with the client, and teams often comprised of designers, developers, business analysts, product owners, and delivery managers on the client side. You are comfortable working with a variety of 3rdparty research repositories. HOW YOU'LL DO IT Establish, train and document best practice methodologies to conduct evaluative and generative product design research bespoke to the organizations way of working. Champion user-centered design and the integration of qualitative and quantitative user research across the product design organization. Celebrate guerilla research methodologies to integrate findings into (1) innovation design cycles and (2) sprint cycles. Translate the outputs of research into a format consumable for both stakeholders (presentations) and designers (high-level task analysis) and developers (user stories) Work closely with the broader product design team to ensure ways of working, quality and best practices are in line with client standards. Manage multiple user research activities across initiatives that help to uncover the optimal user experience. Provide coaching and real-time development opportunities to the team. Present research findings and communicate actionable recommendations across workstreams and to a broad audience, including executive leadership Contribute to a centralized repository of the findings that can be leveraged across a products lifecycle, and throughout product portfolios possibly with a third-party product WHAT YOU'RE LIKE Highly organized, with abundantcare for the detailsandrespect for the craft.
