Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is required. Experience in information security governance, risk management, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies is preferred. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
