Position- Contract Deep knowledge of Global VoIP ( Cisco Collaboration Applications ) and Contact Center platforms; Existing Legacy IP telephony and PBX platforms ( Particularly Cisco and Avaya ) Deep experience on Session Border Controllers / SIP Trunks / Audio codes. Telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols. Experience with other Cisco Collaboration tools and platforms Public and private cloud communication architectures including SaaS; IP networking, LAN/WAN switching and QoS; Experience in Designing ( LLD / HLD ) and delivering large scale migrations Previous experience in providing the Strategic and technical designs and delivering presentations to Key stakeholders Strong Verbal and written Communications Knowledge of cloud based communication solutions ( Zoom Phones / Google ) Experience on the UCCX and UCCE Experience on integration with other application Inform cast ,Valcom , Calabrio, Nice , Working in the Health Industries is Plus. Travel will be involved with in US 25% Cisco Certifications are Plus. ( CCNP Collaborations ) Qualifications 9-12 + years of business solutions experience.
