Solution Design: Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, and Einstein Next Best Action, Voice Transcription 3. Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to implement AI-driven features, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation. 4.
