Configuration and Optimization: Configure, manage, and optimize switch and router configurations to maintain optimal network performance and reliability. Server and Appliance Support: Provide technical support for server and appliance configurations, ensuring their functionality, security, and efficiency. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve network infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations. Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of the network infrastructure. Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure management, with a focus on structured copper and fiber distribution systems. Proficiency in configuring and managing switch and router configurations in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with server and appliance configurations, including but not limited to firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network infrastructure issues effectively. Familiarity with security protocols, compliance standards, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
