Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members on AI development methodologies and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning techniques. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI model deployment and management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
