Position: Senior User Experience Designer Location: Hybrid(San Francisco, CA)- (onsite 3 days/week) Duration: 6+ months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: Responsibilities: Leading UX design efforts for projects impacting various aspects of the music experience. Gathering relevant information from high-level requirements and guiding design direction by asking the right questions. Iterating quickly on multiple design explorations to develop simple yet robust solutions that address complex requirements. Validating designs through testing and iterating based on feedback. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineers, product managers, and researchers, to present and refine design work. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in design (UX, product), HCI, behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in UX design and research for products on web, mobile, voice, or emerging platforms. Strong online portfolio demonstrating digital (web and app) work. Experience collaborating directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with Pattern Libraries and various research and testing methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Strong desire for innovation while balancing business needs and customer expectations.
