Conduct routine system maintenance tasks such as auditing logs, software patching/upgrades, data backups, password/certificate rotations, and user account management. Apply principles of the software development lifecycle, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD). Install, manage, and provide support for Windows and Linux servers across both physical and virtual environments to support program objectives. Provide assistance for engineering applications such as JAMA, Syndia, Tasktop, Materials Based System Engineering (MBSE), and Software Factory. Offer support for VMWare Tanzu environments, including Kubernetes, GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, and Grafana, as well as utilizing Ansible for management. Assist with DevSecOps tools maintenance, encompassing Atlassian Tools, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. Required Qualifications:Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, higher-level degrees (e.g., Master's Degree or Ph.D.) can substitute for experience, and relevant technical experience may substitute for education. Must hold or have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience in Linux server administration, scripting, and support, particularly with Ansible. Familiarity with specialized network environments such as air-gapped or limited-access systems. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and cloud-based technologies like AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Proficiency with VMWare technologies including vSphere ESXI, vCenter, vRealize Operations Manager, Tanzu, and NSX. Understanding of AWS services such as KMS, VPC, LBs, IAM Roles, Firewall, Security Groups, S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, ElastiCache, Workspaces, and RDS. Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Fortify. Familiarity with DoD 8570 compliance standards.
