Position: ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management
Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management Implementation Specialist to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the
implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically
for telecommunications service management. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute
implementation plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
telecommunications service management processes, extensive experience with the
ServiceNow platform, and a proven track record of successful implementations in
complex environments.

Responsibilities:

1) Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for telecommunications service
management processes and workflows.

2) Solution Design: Design comprehensive
ServiceNow solutions that align with telecommunications industry best practices
and meet the unique needs of the organization.

3) Configuration and Customization: Configure
and customize the ServiceNow platform to support telecommunications service
management processes, including incident management, change management, asset
management, and more.

4) Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with
existing telecommunications systems, applications, and databases to ensure
seamless data flow and process automation.

5) Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and
execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability
of ServiceNow telecommunications solutions.

6) Training and Documentation: Provide training
and create documentation for end-users, administrators, and support staff on
how to effectively use and maintain ServiceNow telecommunications solutions.

7) Deployment and Go-Live Support: Lead
deployment activities and provide go-live support to ensure a smooth transition
to the new ServiceNow telecommunications platform.

8) Post-Implementation Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize ServiceNow telecommunications solutions to
improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.

9) Stakeholder Management: Establish and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
telecommunications service providers, internal departments, and senior
leadership.

10) Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject
matter expert on telecommunications service management within the organization,
providing guidance, expertise, and thought leadership.

Requirements:

1) Must have ServiceNow CSA certification.

2) Bachelors degree in information technology,
Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.

3) Minimum of 10 years of experience in
ServiceNow Implementation management, with at least 8 years of hands-on
experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.

4) Experience in ServiceNow Telecommunications
Service Management.

5) In-depth knowledge of telecommunications
industry standards, processes, and best practices, including ITIL framework.

6) Extensive experience with the ServiceNow
platform, including ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and
Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) modules.

7) Proven track record of successfully leading
and delivering complex ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to
completion.

8) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

9) Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

10) Solid understanding of software development
lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

11) Experience with CSM, FSM and other
ServiceNow modules is a plus.
