Oracle Net-Suite ERP Architect / Technical Architect / Migration Specialist Experience: 14 years on Experience Role : Oracle Net-Suite ERP Architect / Technical Architect / Migration Specialist Customer : Priority Waste Location: Remote from USA Job Type: Contract Duration : 6 months subject to extension Job Description Role: Oracle Net-Suite ERP Architect / Technical Architect / Migration Specialist Employment Type: Contract Work location: Remote Anywhere in the US About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Netsuite Technical Architect with a strong background in ERP services design, development, and migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, implementing, maintaining, and migrating systems within our Oracle Netsuite environment, ensuring optimal performance that aligns with our business objectives and compliance standards. Job Responsibilities Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the Netsuite environment. Customize and configure Netsuite to meet the company's needs, including workflows, records, forms, and fields. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Netsuite system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Develop and maintain user roles, ensuring proper access and security within the system. Create and deliver training materials to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems, including the development of custom APIs. Lead ERP to Netsuite migration projects, acting as a specialist to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. Implement and maintain Waste Management Systems (WMS) and work with Advanced Manufacturing Control Systems Limited (AMCs), optimizing inventory management and logistics. Design and develop ERP services tailored to the Netsuite platform. Integrate web services with Netsuite ERP functional modules using REST APIs (HTTPS, SOAP, RPC) with SaaS endpoints. Apply best practices of data compliance and standards like GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 14001. Manage migrations from third-party systems to Oracle Netsuite, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Netsuite Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on ERP to Netsuite migration and technical architecture. Strong understanding of Netsuite's core functionalities and module offerings. Proficiency in Netsuite customization tools, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics. Experience in developing custom APIs for Netsuite. Knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining WMS and working with AMCs. Expertise in advising on software design, including security, monitoring, networking, and cost optimization. Experience in developing best practices and frameworks for migration solutions. Experience in the integration of web services and Netsuite ERP functional modules. Familiarity with transport, logistics, and financial system domain services. Knowledge of best practices of data compliance and standards like GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 14001. Prior experience in system migration from other third-party systems to Oracle Netsuite. Required Qualifications Netsuite certification is highly preferred. Extensive experience with data migration and integration between Netsuite and other systems. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems.
