| From: Murali, Metasysinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SAP-SAC FP&A Planning Consultant Location: New York, NY Duration: 6 months Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in financial planning and performance management through data collection, structuring, analysis, planning, and reporting of company financial performance across all Free Cash Flow KPIs. Business partnering and communication skills across a large global public company. Identify and execute opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead client discussions, requirements gathering, and solutioning. Design, build, and configure SAC applications for reporting. Provide functional knowledge in financial statements and financial planning (Opex, Capex, HC, Revenue, etc.). Analyze report requirements, conduct discussions with clients, and review functional specs. Perform report tool fitment, design model architecture, and lead reporting development. Create both Analytic and Planning models based on sources like S/4HANA, BW, HANA. Create stories for reports and dashboards covering complex calculations, cross calculations, dynamic time calculations, etc. Work with advanced planning scenarios like writing advanced data action scripts, allocations, cross copy, formulas, etc. Work with value driver trees, predictive forecasting, smart predict, and smart insight. Integrate SAC with different sources like S/4HANA, BW, OData services, HANA, etc. Work with SAC Excel add-in and Analysis Office. Troubleshoot data issues and provide workarounds in cases where there are product limitations. Work with SAC security setup, data locking, currency conversion, planning process. Develop analytical applications using scripts for tailored dashboards. Experience Required: 10-12 years consulting experience in SAP FP&A CapEx, OpEx, P&L Planning & Forecasting. Strong hands-on Planning expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and business communication skills. Planning & forecasting expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud or other tools like BPC. Strong FP&A background and expertise with planning/forecasting with SAC. Experience in explaining the basics of SAC functionalities, such as how a "data action" is written. Experience as a SME supporting business as a solution architect for planning & forecasting using SAC. Experience in working with different planning applications in the past.
