About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack .NET engineer who is proficient in developing scalable and rich web applications to join our growing team in Boulder, Colorado. Your primary focus will be on developing our next generation of enterprise cloud Microsoft 365 add-ins to extend the reporting and analytics capabilities to multiple platforms. Design and develop web applications with C#, ASP.NET , TypeScript/JavaScript, and React Tackle hard technical problems with optimism and positivity while also being a consummate team player Contribute to engineering excellence through effective and fast-paced Agile development with high bar for quality and best coding practices Work with engineering support teams to address customer escalations Collaborate with UX design team to drive for the best possible end-user experience Work with cross-functional team in designing interfaces Basic qualifications: 8+ years experience developing enterprise web applications Experienced with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Passionate about developing modern UI Deep understanding of code design and architecture Strong debugging skills Self-directed and motivated Bachelor's Degree or higher in Software Engineering or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Skills desired but not required: Knowledge of reporting/analytics principles and products Microsoft 365 add-ins Working in a SCRUM team Experience with Docker/Kubernetes Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Experience with WebAssembly Earlier JD Job Role & Responsibilities: Writes code and implements new components and sub-systems Envision and develop the long-term solutioning, with emphasis on platforms/ reusable components while adopting a nimble delivery process Accountable for the design, for the ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics of the systems Should be able and willing to spend time actively developing parts of the systems by themselves Deliver technical training within the engineering organization, including training new engineers Work with product management, business stakeholders and other engineering leaders to help define mid-term, long-term roadmaps and shape business directions; drives the non-functional requirements of the product (s) Diagnoses system failures and problems in production and works with the technical staff to identify root causes and address them Drives code and design reviews of components / systems / products in scope and drives the architectural governance for them Applies fundamental skills, concepts and practices to solve difficult assignments Required Skills: Expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, PostgreSQL/Oracle Deep understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, LINQ, ASP.NET, MVC , WPF and experience with IoC containers Strong experience with SQL, from schema design to writing complex, optimized queries Expertise in multi-threading and performance oriented programming Minimum 6 years of technology related experience in working on Microsoft technology stack Good knowledge of command-line tools and scripting Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Proven track record of architecting and building, n-tier, component based, service oriented enterprise application using Microsoft technology platform Expertise and deep understanding of the .NET Framework and object-oriented concepts Experience in react or similar technologies and thrive to learn new technologies.
