| From: Aditya Kumar, Stellent It [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title SAP Financials/Logistics Location Las Vegas, Nevada(Remote) Duration Long Term Job Description Example of duties include: Providing adequate deliverable documentation including but not limited to functional specs, blueprints and test scripts Assisting staff in developing and executing test strategies Configuring SAP Financials and Logistics modules using SAP Best Business Practices Knowledge Transfer through mentoring and training members of the various Teams throughout the SOW engagement to allow for independent support Implementing and supporting new SAP security requirements and development Participate in defining problems and/or developing solutions Configuring changes or new development for Financials/Logistics application modules Performing required testing of Financials/Logistics system changes or new development prior to transport into Quality Assurance environment Updating appropriate system and user documentation Developing and modifying Financials/Logistics reports Supporting Support Pack implementations and upgrades Providing Financial related ABAP development and/or Security support Providing maintenance support for Financials and Logistics and related Components Other SAP Financials and Logistics related activities as required. The ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Experience: o The vendor must have a proven functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in SAP implementing and supporting functionality within the SAP Financials and Logistics modules O Completed a minimum of two SAP full life-cycle implementations o Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) Financials and Logistics (FI) and FI configuration o Provide a ticketing system to allow log tickets and track progress o Sound knowledge of SAP configuration as it relates to governmental accounting practices, including but not limited to Fund and Grant accounting o Be able to quickly understand Clients SAP operational landscape (SLD) o Ability to create robust operational support documentation for future reference and maintainability o Have good SAP project management skills and experience following SAP Best Practices o Knowledgeable of touch points related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Material Management, Purchasing, Funds/Grants Management, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Portfolio and Project Management, and OpenText VIM/ICC o Knowledge of configuring SAP Workflow o Bring best practice approaches for the Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc. o Ability to trouble-shoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the Team to raise SAP Customer messages as needed o Experience with writing blueprint documents, configuration documents, and related customer documentation to be used for future reference o Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to functional changes made within the Financials and Logistics modules o Ability to quickly decipher and understand custom code o Knowledge required to debug system related issues o Public sector experience o Ability to work with limited direction o Strong teamwork and customer support focus o Strong interpersonal skills o Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner o Good written and verbal communication skills o Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc. o Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference o Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams o Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members o Speak and write in English well o Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities o Good facilitation skills Aditya Kumar Technical Recruiter Stellent IT : [email protected] Gtalk : [email protected] Keywords: information technology NO H1B|| SAP Financials Logistics Consultant || Las Vegas, Nevada(Remote) [email protected] |
