URGENT BACKFILL: WILL CONSIDER REMOTE BUT LAST PRIORITY. HE PREFERS LOCAL TO MIAMI, FLORIDA TO WORK HYBRID 3 DAYS Last week we had someone that quit on our Identity and Access Management team. So that leaves us with an opening for our Mainframe Reservation Provisioning team. This person would work with the one person that is doing this work today and they would assist with Polar and Mapper RACF access additions, troubleshooting user access issues, deprovisioning users access when they leave the company, and other tasks that we may have you work on as well . We are hoping that this person may be able to do other things and not just the mainframe provisioning. We want this person to learn and grow in our team and with IAM in general. Here is what we are looking for: We would like to get someone with at least 5 years IT experience. We need this person to already have mainframe experience in some form or fashion. We prefer not to train them on how to use and access the mainframe. They need to have these skills already. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3 years of mainframe experience . We need someone that can provision and deprovision access . If they have had any Identity Governance or Identity lifecycle management. Same thing here too. If they have 3 years or more experience in this area, then this would be someone to talk with. We want someone that is able to speak with others and work through issues. Good communication skills. Good troubleshooting skills. This is provisioning and IAM role primary. However, this does have some help desk skills that would be needed. They do not have to have worked in the help desk. They just need to demonstrate that they have worked with end users to solve their problems. Some of these users are going to be non-technical users and we have to have patience with these people to get them up and productive. Ability to execute and get things done. It is ok to be slow while you are learning. However, the expectation is that you are not going to sit around and ask for something to do. We need to you get out there and work with our clients without having to be told. We need to you execute and deliver and turning tickets around and other things like that. Those that wait to be told to do something will not work here for us. Nice to have: cruise industry experience Polar and Mapper provisioning experience Reservation systems experience College Degree is not a requirement. If you have one, then that is a plus. It is just not required for this role. What the budget and specs on this position: 6 months to start out with here. Most likely extensions if they did want to convert to FTE. If we get the headcount add, then we would convert after 6 months or a year. We want to hire someone that we can convert at some point in time in the future. We are not just looking for someone for 3 months or 6 months. We would prefer to have this person stick around. Preference given to those local to the Miami area to work in the office 3 days per week in Doral (Miami) Florida Thanks and Regards!!
