Position: SAP BASIS Lead Location : Houston Only (Onsite) Experience: 10+ must NOTE : Need Passport number and LinkedIn ID and please do mention Current Location and Visa of candidate while sending the Profile. The candidate should be local to Houston, Texas. Should work from Onsite/Client place Monday through Friday (8AM 5PM). Only 1 day a week remote work may be allowed but subject to Clients approval. Should have a minimum 3 years of experience working at Onsite/Client place. 10-12 years of experience in supporting SAP Basis Production, Maintenance and Support Projects. Experience in leading Onsite/Onshore and Offshore teams. Minimum 3 years of experience working at Client place. Project Management is an added advantage. Strong Communication and Technical skillset. Work independently and assist team members (Onsite and Offshore). Work closely with Technical/Functional teams to delivery projects in time. Hands-on experience in maintaining large SAP Landscape. Hands-on experience in DB2, HANA Databases and AIX/LINUX/WINDOWS environments. Well versed with SAP Installation and Upgrade of SAP ABAP, Java, Web Dispatchers. Hands-on experience in SAP Upgrades, Migrations, Support Package Stack and Kernel upgrades/updates. Hands-on experience in SAP Hybris Environment is an added advantage. Strong experience in supporting SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, S/4HANA, BPC, Solution Manager, GRC, NetWeaver Java, Portals, SLT, MDG, MDM, etc. Hands-on experience in implementing and administering Solution Manager scenarios like System Monitoring, Interface Channel Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, ChaRM, Solution Documentation, etc., in Solution Manager 7.2. Knowledge in Interface integrations. Experience in configuring and administering CTS+ for non-ABAP systems. Expert knowledge in UI5 configurations. Implementation and Administration of SAP Fiori is an added advantage. Hands-on experience in SAP Systems Management in On-premises and Cloud. Hands-on experience in Homogeneous and Heterogeneous System Copies and Refreshes. Experience in SOA configuration in S/4HANA and ECC systems. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Configuring SSL in ABAP, JAVA and Web Dispatchers. Hands-on experience in SAP LaMa is an added advantage. Possess Analytical and Troubleshooting skills. Prior experience in SAP Performance monitoring and tuning. Understanding of Web/Internet-based protocols. Demonstrate teamwork, self-management, and multi-tasking abilities. Knowledge in Servicenow for Incident, Problem and Change Management. Good documentation and presentation skills.
