Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging cloud services. Configure and manage Active Directory services, including domain controllers, group policies, DNS (Domain Name System). Implement and manage PKI infrastructure to ensure secure communication and authentication across the network. Configure and maintain NPS for centralized authentication, authorization, and accounting of network access. Ensure accurate time synchronization across network devices by configuring and managing NTP servers. Monitor cloud and on-premises infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures related to cloud and Active Directory environments. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on cloud, Active Directory, and associated technologies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, identity management, and network security. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT engineering roles with a focus on cloud technologies, particularly Azure and AWS. Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, design, and administration, including multi-domain environments and trust relationships. Proficiency in configuring and managing PKI infrastructure, including certificate authorities and certificate lifecycle management. Experience with NPS configuration for RADIUS authentication and authorization. Familiarity with NTP configuration and synchronization mechanisms. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
