Job Role: Business Analyst Job Location: Remote Project Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description: Mandatory Skills : Business Analyst along with any of the below listed toolset experience Quadient Inspire designer (Previously called GMC) Quadient Interactive Message Point Adobe Creative Suite Should create and design forms in Inspire Designer based on the business specifications. * Participate in the process of gathering requirements and meetings with the client and in software design sessions along with other software developers and programmers. - Design, develop, and maintain complex transactional document templates using Quadient Inspire. - Implement multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, and print outputs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the designs meet business needs and customer experience standards. - Optimize and enhance existing communication processes with innovative features available in Quadient Inspire. - Conduct testing and quality assurance of designed solutions to ensure reliability and performance. - Provide training and support to other team members on using Quadient Inspire tools. - Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Quadient Inspire and other customer communication management technologies. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience with Quadient Inspire software, including Inspire Designer and Interactive. - Strong understanding of document design and composition, data management, and output management. - Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus. - Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
