They coordinate efforts between different projects without managing any one of them. Instead, they lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Program managers are highly skilled professionals who help organizations stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. Primary Responsibilities: Manage multiple, complex technical projects across Cloud and Software Engineering Identify and escalate conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs involving features, cost, design and schedule. Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact multiple program Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Using your support and release management experience, develop a robust framework and enablement roadmap that encompasses processes, procedures, timelines, and resources Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Track progress on committed dependencies; identify and help resolve potential risks or issues. Provide support and guidance to teams throughout the release, promptly addressing questions and concerns. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams Build the necessary awareness and knowledge for analysts to efficiently adopt and support release-related changes Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Qualifications: 2-3 years experience in Technical Project Management. A technical background in Software Engineering or Cloud Engineering. Awareness of Agile/Scrum/Kanban concepts. Working knowledge of service management and secure software development practices. Experience driving private and public cloud programs in a Technical Project Manager capacity. Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.
