Position: ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager Location: Hybrid Roseland, NJ Duration: 6+ months contract Visa: Only USC/GC Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: Position Summary: As a ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager at AGM Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This contract position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities. You will lead a team of developers, analysts, and testers to ensure the seamless execution of ServiceNow implementation projects, meeting client requirements and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive implementation plans. Direct and coordinate project team members, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to ensure project milestones are achieved. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and track project activities, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Skill/Experience/Education: Mandatory Skills: 5-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, including at least 2 years of on-site experience in similar technology and domain. Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or related field. Desired Skills: PMP certification or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, including CMDB, ITOM, Software Asset Management, Change Management, and Incident Management.
