Senior 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. Qualification Number Requested Qualifications: 1. 72 months of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least five of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge {BABOK Guide}): - business analysis planning and monitoring - elicitation and collaboration - requirements life cycle management - strategy analysis - requirements analysis and design definition - solution evaluation 2. 72 months of experience developing Oracle SQL 3. 72 months of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures 4. 72 months of experience developing, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects 5. 48 months experience performing business analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN or IB 6. 48 months experience developing solutions emphasizing use of delivered functionality either to removing existing customizations or to provide solutions to meet business needs 7. 48 months of experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer as a reference tool for functional design, support, and troubleshooting 8.
