LOUIS, MO Position: Business Analyst with Salesforce Location: St Louis, MO (100% Onsite) Mode of job: Long Term Contract Interview:- Immediate Position Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyze, design, and implement efficient processes and solutions that enhance our overall business performance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CRM to meet business needs, including but not limited to: custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards. Lead Salesforce CRM implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CRM, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce CRM and business analysis, incorporating new insights into our strategies and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
