Our pods need to handle information at a massive scale across a number of unstructured dimensions. This role will bring fresh ideas to our solutions centered around a number of areas including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, storage, artificial intelligence, and NLP. Responsibilities: Partnering with data teams (science and engineering) to deploy continually scaling advanced algorithms Write elegant code, and while learning and working with technologies on the cutting edge of innovation Collaborate with colleagues/partners both internally and externally to drive solutioning Build intuitive data models and an expert in distributed data processing patterns Engineer efficient, adaptable, and scalable data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data Maintain and rethink existing datasets and pipelines to service a wider variety of use cases Develop scalable classifiers, leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules-based model Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of experience with application development with at least one programming language, working with data structures/algorithms. 6+ years with two or more languages included but not limited to: Python, Apache, Presto, R, ML/optimization, Scala Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining or artificial intelligence Possessing a strong experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning and/or natural language processing.
