You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to analyze, design, and implement efficient processes and solutions that enhance our overall business performance. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CRM to meet business needs, including but not limited to: custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
