Job Title Salesforce Product Specialist Interview Process T+S Recruiter Instructions USC only Fully Remote Job Description : Role: This is a client-facing role that combines business analysis, solutioning and client communications. You will interface with sales and prospective clients providing pre-sales support and acting as technical adviser in the pre-sales/discovery process. Will also work on projects and either fully own or work with a project owner on post-sales implementation and other services. Will provide the key product knowledge and solution recommendations for client projects. You should be comfortable in all areas of their product and its technology. Technical Skills: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Salesforce experience is required. Field Service Cloud, Communities, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc. are desired. Solution/Technical Leadership: Must have an excellent understanding of their product and the projects to which they are assigned. They are expected to have the respect of other team members and be viewed as experts within their given products. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements Ensure that the project is designed and built in the cleanest and simplest fashion within the product, with the clients best interests in mind. Client Management: Responsible for providing direction and guidance to the client and to help with managing client expectations for the product Ensure that the projects for which Product Specialist has been assigned as the Project owner meets the business objectives and goals as specified in an SOW, and that the scope of work is completed and all deliverables specified are delivered and in accordance with Enables business practices and processes. Participate in the sales process, pre and post sales, including proposal development, project estimations, technical experts, process expert, and problem definition. Project Management: Depending on the size of a project there may be a dedicated project manager, however, for some projects the Product Specialist may be required to perform PM tasks.
