Please check the below requirement and send me your updated resume SME Engineer (Urgent Role) Location: Alpharetta, GA(Hybrid) Duration: 6 months Visa: No CPT/OPT Candidates must belocal to Alpharetta. Requirement we are seeking anAvaya engineering SME. The only reference I could find to Avaya was projectmanaging a team that installed an Avaya PBX 12 years ago. The role is for an SMElevel engineer to certify new Avaya core telephony product releases, interoptest with adjunct systems and provide design documentation to Operations stafffor deployment. The candidate will join a team of voice engineers and specialists whodesign and certify standard voice and carrier voice solutions. Extensive experiencein testing and designing enterprise-scale Avaya voice domains with expertise inSession Routing, Session Management and SIP trunking. The candidate will becapable of leading test and design projects, working both individually andcollaborating with SME colleagues to ensure integrations and migrations aresuccessfully delivered. The candidate should have experience in the following areas: -5 years of experience with Avaya suite of telephony and UC products -3 years of experience designing and deploying carrier SIP solutions -Experience with Contact Center solutions from Genesys highly preferred -Experience with scripting and test automation highly preferred -Experience with private, public and hybrid clouds preferred -Experience with tools such as Sevone, Spectrum, Ixia and Empirix beneficial Skills desired: -MS in Computer Science or Telecommunications is desired -Bachelors in a relevant field is a must -Good interpersonal skills, both written and oral -Ability to work in cross functional teams with specialists in differentdisciplines. -Ability to communicate with system vendors to certify and enhance products tomeet MS requirements -Good presentation skills Piyush Varshney Technical Recruiter |Vyze Inc.
