| Title: Data Modeler (MongoDB, Data Modelling Techniques, Data Governance, NoSQL Architecture and Design and Python Frameworks) Location: Pittsburgh or NYC, NY or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid 3x a week in office in one of the BNY locations) Duration: W2 Contract Visa: H4, GC or USC Years of Experience: 5 to 7 Years Responsibilities: Lead technical discussions to deliver data model design and data architecture based on product requirements and system flows. Use technical expertise to guide engineers to ensure data pipelines, data models and code are efficient and reliable. Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on application data requirements for both non-SQL and SQL databases. Guide integrations and data pipeline development using data governance and various testing techniques. Hands-on development of highly available and scalable data solutions, including data pipelines and ETL processes in Python. Collaborate with Data Product Manager, deliver and maintain data dictionaries and other required data governance artifacts. Ensure data content and quality by planning and conducting system tests understanding of data design patterns culminating into microservices development, Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
