Title: Oracle HCM cloud Location: SC, Columbia Duration: 6 12 Months Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects Minimum 3 years of HCM experience (Cloud & Non-cloud combined experience) Should have hands on experience on these HCM modules: Benefits Payroll Absence management ORC Compensation Experience with supporting the business users on the core functionality Experience in supporting the self-service users Configure, document and test the applications as per business requirement. Provide functional guidance to technical team. Work closely with the technical team to debug the production issues Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Should be willing to learn new functionalities and technologies. Hands on experience in creating queries, BI publisher report is a PLUS Oracle cloud HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence management certification is a PLUS Good knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion Technical Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI and FRS. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. |
