Responsibilities include: Converting and documenting business requirements into technical requirements Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs Developing and documenting testing strategies and managing testing execution Leading impact assessment, and dependency management and ensuring architectural decisions included in design Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business and technical stakeholders Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain alignment within constraints of the project or work This role on continuous delivery, working on HCM Enhancements Agile Delivery Bi-weekly sprints Typical requests are like: New jobs in lululemon that need to be configured within WorkDay Ex: Workplace Arrangements - how do we identify whether thye are hybrid, remote, or in the office and putting together reqs from a tech perspective. How would we trigger a job change Is there downstream changes we need to do Pod Itself is (partner with PNC Digital Half) Scrum Manager leading the pod Technica BAs System Analyst Already have one in the pod - get a lot of broad/ambiguous requests coming through. Need a curious BA coming through to tighten up requirements before passing to functional/systems analysts. Looking for: A BA with WorkDay skills/background would be a huge bonus, but if its some sort of HR background that be fine too. DOnt necessarily need that. If they have Systems Analyst within HR they can really hit the ground running Experience: Mid-Senior would be okay. Cant be Junior 3-5 years probably Could help to come from a retail/ecommerce, but Kate didnt come from that so she empathizes WorkDay Modules: If someone came with integrations background. As the Core Data team, a lot of requests are integration requests. Any sort of integrations - APIs, data integrations - doesnt have to be WorkDay What about experience with implementations She would be cautious about that just to make sure their experience is truly aligned with a BA.
