SAP Basis Project Manager Skillman, NJ (Hybrid) We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in migration projects, particularly in areas such as SAP BASIS migrations, infrastructure migrations, or similar initiatives. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans, tracking progress, and effectively communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders across global locations. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining migration strategies, timelines, and resource allocations. Track project progress and milestones, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints. Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to effectively manage project tasks and workflows. Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Proactively identify and address project issues and risks, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project success. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on migration projects. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5-15 years of experience in project management roles, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
