Job Title- Product Owner Location: Remote (but 3days/Month Onsite at Denver, CO) Type: : Long Term Contract Experience : 7+ years Job Description/ Responsibilities Responsible for defining the product backlog, technical(QA automation) roadmap needed to support the business initiative and creating actionable user stories for the development teams with the goal of delivering on the product and program strategy. Work with Scrum Masters on scheduling Sprint Planning, Grooming, Product Backlog or Defect Review meeting. Work with Project Managers on keeping overall Business Roadmap updated and on track. Highlight risks/plan further for PI. Triaging the defects raised by Automation team and checking with other products for defect allocation for fixing. Regular Sync with other Product Owners to check impact of future changes in application and their impact on both Automation and Performance to keep roadmap flexible. Maintaining Metrics (Monthly/PI/Quarterly/Yearly) for Automation and Performance to keep track of Year End Goals and Objectives Reviewing Performance number every release to check if the numbers are meeting SLA and keeping team updated about it. Sync up with Tech Leads and PM, at least weekly or once in 2 weeks. Build roadmap for each PI and be ready to submit it to RTE and present it during PI planning. Work closely with Business & PO leaders including Tech leads and PMs for building the roadmap. Partner closely with our legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure that we are delivering a product that meets all legal and compliance requirements. Partner closely with Architecture team to ensure that product meets all architecture standards and requirements. Knowledge of QA automation practices is a plus.
