Experience with native mobile development (iOS, Android) and/or Angular web development would be a nice bonus but definitely not necessary. This person would be expected to join in some of their regular Agile ceremonies (like planning and refinement) but given that they don't need full-time hours from this person, they would not be expected in all ceremonies. Open to being flexible in that regard but someone who wants to collaborate with the team when would be ideal. This person would assume sole development responsibility of the Manager Mobile application, though they do have other developers on staff who have some experience in the application and can help orient. This application is the mobile version of the scheduling platform for Nurse Managers. They have a few large features coming up that will need to be built in the application (for instance, adding an internal messaging platform), so there currently would be no shortage of work. |
