Job Title : Technical Delivery Manager Job Location: UG, PA (Initial remote) Job Duration : Long term contract position Job Description :- Extensive experience in delivering digital programs using Cloud Native solutions Extensive experience in Planning, risk management as well client facing Excellent communication is a must AWS Technology knowledge is a plus PMP certification Product Development and delivery experience is a must Drive value delivery for technical programs including cloud based modernization, prioritization, planning, risk management, execution, and measurement of success Partner with Product and Engineering leads throughout the life of the program on value delivery and process/practice improvements Build relationships within and across teams to lead stakeholders toward a common goal Foster decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders, spanning multiple locations Effectively communicate to ensure program requirements, timelines, objectives, and expectations are understood and supported by internal and external stakeholders Aid in resolving impediments, conflicts, demands, and priorities for their team and across teams Proactively manage in scope changes and priority shifts. Work unplanned program issues to resolution (with support as appropriate), including the development of plans forward, escalation, and increased capacity, support, or other resources. Recognize risk and form mitigation plans as required Drive continuous improvement in their team and develop effective, scalable, and sustainable ways of working Evangelize technical project & program management best practices within their team and across partner teams I'm interested in getting to know you better and introducing our company.
