| From: Balram Kumar Singh, Spear Staffing LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role- User Experience Designer Visas :- GC, GC-EAD, USC Location- Hybrid l Woodlawn, MD Key Required Skills: Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles to include documenting user requirements and user needs (and pain points); Interaction/Interface design experience utilizing user-centered methods Position Description: Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders Facilitate customer discovery sessions Create Conceptual Models, Journey Maps, Personas and Scenarios of Use Create and refine screen prototypes Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis Minimum of 6 years of direct Interaction/Interface design experience in User-Centered Methods and User Analysis Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. *** Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of Baltimore Maryland *** Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
