Position: Apptio Technical Support Lead

Location:-Onsite - King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Duration:- Contract

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Client finance leadership for new reporting capabilities and strategic vision.
Gather requirements and translate into functional designs for Apptio solutions.
Configure, test, and document Apptio Dashboards and reports.
Manage system production support and reporting cycles.
Own end-to-end monthly calendar for Apptio system.
Conduct data analysis and develop maturity plans.
Support data connectivity and integrations.
Monitor and control dashboards for data reconciliations.
Work with IT leaders for system capabilities.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in Apptio System Administration.
Strong financial management and Excel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business users.
Fast learner, team player, and passionate work ethic.
