| From: Nishant Vij, TestingXperts [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ROLE :: SFDC Developer with strong AWS cloud migration Location :: CANADA(#Remote) Migration Engineer Responsibilities: Supporting the integration of Simpplr to multiple SSO solutions Research, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues experienced in SSO integration Promptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Work with internal Engineering and Product Management teams in resolution of issues and providing input on product enhancements Logging and responding to issues using appropriate management tools (Jira and Zendesk) Build positive and empathetic relations with customers Contribute to Simpplr efforts to maintain a high customer satisfaction with migration Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Serve as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations and sharing best practices Support the development of a mature service delivery function within Simpplr Experienced in using SaaS based project tools (Jira, Zendesk, Smartsheet) Led data mapping and content migration from legacy to leading-edge technology Developed expertise in leading complex systems integration projects across multiple functional areas Proven track record in meeting customer deadlines, project budgets, and deployment schedules Able to work in a team environment Provides a broad understanding of applications, platforms (AWS & SF), and underlying technologies at the software, OS, and infrastructure levels Migration Engineer Qualifications: 2+ years experience in Salesforce and AWS infrastructure 5+ years experience in Identity and access management solutions Set up and troubleshoot Single Sign-On and user attributes mapping for common SSO products (ADFS, Azure, Okta, OneLogin, Google SAML, etc) Supported identity and access management to SaaS based software products Setup Provisioning either API based, or JIT based on Service provider. Created documents for the clients regarding the different SSO solutions. Managing Security policies and implementing them as per the ISO. Working with the customer Security team to implement guidelines per ISO, GDPR etc. Experience implementing integration between applications via APIs Proven work experience, onboarding customers to a SaaS platform (preferably AWS) Solid working knowledge of REST API, APEX, JS, CSS, HTML, JSON. XML, SAML Supported various segment sizes: SMB / MidMarket / Enterprise Customers Proven ability to clearly document and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including but not limited c-Level personal Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
