| Dear Vendors Please share resumes for below Req Job Title: Systrack & Spunk Administrator Duration: 6+ Months Location: Remote LinkedIn & passport copy is mandatory for submission. Proficiency in IT management and monitoring tools such as Systrack, SolarWinds, or Splunk for monitoring system performance, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with configuring and customizing monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet Systrack's operational requirements. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing, as well as experience in configuring and managing network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, optimize network performance, and implement security measures to protect Systrack's network infrastructure. Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux/Unix, or VMware ESXi, including installation, configuration, patch management, and system administration tasks. Proficiency in managing virtualized environments using hypervisors like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V, including provisioning, resource allocation, and virtual machine management. Strong scripting skills in languages like PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ruby to automate repetitive tasks, deploy configuration changes, and streamline administrative workflows. Ability to develop scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistency in Systrack's administrative processes. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and experience in implementing ITSM processes for incident management, change management, and service desk operations. Ability to effectively manage IT service delivery, prioritize support requests, and ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize downtime and disruption to Systrack's operations.
