LinkedIn & passport copy is mandatory for submission. Job description: Worked on MultiFactor Authenticaton and migration of users from Passport to Azure B2C. Experience working on Microsoft Authenticator and Token Enrichment. Worked on Integration of Applications with Salesforce. Worked on End to End testing of applications. Worked on Database testing of Legacy applications integrated with Salesforce. Designed Test Plan, Test Strategy and Estimations for Software Testing. Prepared and Executed Test Cases and conducted reviews for Test deliverables. Assisted the team in Knowledge Transfer, query handling/resolution in testing activities. Coordinated with the Design Team, Development team for defect resolution. Assisted the Test Manager in day to day management activities for reports and status. Provided UAT test support in analyzing the defects raised and pursue the Dev team for solution fixing and ensuring the necessary retest and regression testing. Demonstrated the Applications to the New Team members of Dev, QA and responding to their queries and preparing Daily defect Reports and Charts. Worked with SQL queries and UNIX to do the backend testing reading log files and server commands. Involved in all test phases of project for test completion Participated in the walkthroughs for the evaluation of the test plan with the Design and Development team Created Test Strategy Documents based on specifications for User Acceptance, Functional and Integration Testing. Involved in Agile scrum meetings with project managers, business analysts and development teams. Analyzed requirement updates and mapped them with the respective manual Test Cases. Maintained Test Cases in HP ALM according to the Release Versions. Formulated Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Expected results and Test Data for the System Testing of CORE application. Extensively used Quality Center for reviewing and Analyzing Requirements, Planning and Execution of Test Cases, Tracking Defects, Traceability and Test Coverage Report to evaluate the risk associated with the defects. Performed Functional and Regression Testing of various screens for different modules of the CORE application. Designed test matrix based on the BRD's and use case documents provided by Business Analysts. Extensively used Defect Tracking Tool HP ALM to raise defects and to keep track of them. Validation of webservices configured with the help of Soap UI tool for making sure that the Rest API calls are configured correctly and return the appropriate resource response from the server for specific parameters sent along with endpoints. Raising defects and executing the scripts in Jira with test results for tracking the execution and issues identified and getting them fixed. Conducting defect triage call with IT and Business. Involving in Pre-Development phase discussions and Agile SCRUM meetings with Business/Technical Stakeholders to ensure business needs are aligned with prescribed Organizational standard. Representing QA in these meetings and providing Demo to stakeholders for the shippable product. Sharing the weekly execution status report to project team, managers and business users. Analyzing scope for Regression testing and perform Automation feasibility analysis. Leading the offshore - onshore calls and assisting the team in completing the testing in time. Coordinating and helping in other activities like UAT testing, Performance Testing, Production releases.
